Solano Commerce Center is located on Cordelia Road in Fairfield, California, on a 26.87-acre site zoned for light industrial. It includes ten buildings ranging in size from 8,228-sf to 125,187-sf, which are compatible for high pile storage. Adequate parking to accommodate a mix of warehouse and office uses is provided, and most of the buildings have truck docks.
Architectural features include free-standing tilted concrete panels with steel accents, a carefully tailored graphic system of five neutral paint colors, reveals, glass, and concrete.
