1 Tenth, the 10-floor office building that makes up one half of the urban campus known as Market Square, has been awarded “Best Renovation / Restoration Project” by ENR California. The renovation of this 400,790-sf building involved a complete re-skin and creation of a new lobby, drawing Twitter as a tenant. The complex design and construction was carried out in close partnership with BNBuilders.
