RMW hit a milestone on Friday, achieving our 20th LEED certified project, when Phase 1 of 3333 Scott Boulevard, Santa Clara, was certified LEED Silver. This 30.2-acre office campus will comprise five buildings and 1.3 million square feet when complete, and features amenities such as an 8,000-square-foot full-service cafeteria and a 2,000-square-foot fitness center, two bocce ball courts, a basketball court, and a large outdoor dining plaza. Spacious atrium lobbies and full-height windows bring natural light deep into the buildings’ large floorplates.
