Greenwood Commerce Center Wins Top Project Award

The North Bay Business Journal has recognized Greenwood Commerce Center as one of its Top Projects for 2015. Greenwood is no ordinary office/warehouse park: the three-building, 374,926-square-foot project references a Mediterranean style, with decorative stone veneers and exposed wood beams supporting standing seam metal roofs giving unique artisan appeal. A 35-foot-tall wine bottle sculpted out of tube steel greets visitors to the campus. Sustainable strategies included use of materials with recycled content, commissioning of energy systems, storm water quality control, and drought-resistant landscaping. Principal Jeff Leonhardt led the project.
