Joshua Carrell, Kevin J Morgan, Stephanie Sims, Lindsay Wiemer, Mark Alvarez and Patrick Todd embody the RMW values of partnership and commitment to the discovery of design solutions that create inspired human environments.
Joshua Carrell LEED AP
Associate
Josh joined RMW architecture & interiors in 2008 and leads the firm’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives. As BIM Coordinator, he tracks the BIM model’s development, incorporating and measuring information from all disciplines. Josh holds a Master of Architecture degree from University of Oregon, and Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Minnesota. He is a registered architect in the state of California and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Kevin J Morgan IIDA
Associate
Kevin joined RMW architecture & interiors in 2007. He has over 26 years of experience designing work environments for a variety of governmental, institutional and private sector clients. Kevin’s is a gifted designer with an amiable disposition and an inclusive style. He holds a Bachelor of Interior Design degree from San Jose State University.
Stephanie Sims IIDA
Associate
Stephanie joined RMW architecture & interiors in 2011. She is currently a Project Manager with over 13 years of experience managing and coordinating projects from programming through construction administration. Stephanie works on a variety of project types including commercial, high-rise condominiums and industrial. She received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Louisiana State University and is a registered architect.
Lindsay Wiemer LEED AP
Associate
Lindsay joined RMW architecture & interiors in 2005 as an intern then was subsequently hired as an interior designer. Lindsay brings a strong sense of user-driven design to her work, focusing on creating environments that enhance a client’s brand and support work functions. She is skilled in AutoCAD, AutoDesk, Revit, and Sketch-Up and holds a Bachelor of Science in Design, Interior Design, with a Minor in Art History from the University of Nebraska. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
Mark Alvarez CID
Director of Interiors, RMW Sacramento
Mark joined RMW architecture & interiors in 1997 and was promoted to associate in 2005. He has an extensive background in Tenant Services and has been instrumental in the development of work letters for tenant standards and lease books for leasing agents. Mark holds a Certificate of Architecture from Los Angeles Trade Technical College, and a Bachelors degree from Pasadena City College. He is a Certified Interior Designer and a member of the IIDA.
Patrick Todd LEED AP BD+C
Director of Architecture, RMW San Jose
Patrick joined RMW architecture & interiors in 2000 and was promoted to associate in 2005. With 23 years of experience in a wide range of project types, he maintains responsibility for design and production coordination with consultants, facilitating agency reviews and approvals, and supporting construction administration services. Patrick graduated Cum Laude from the California Polytechnic State University. He is a registered architect and LEED Accredited Professional BD+C.
