RMW is incredibly proud to announce that Associate Stephanie Silkwood has been recognized by the The American Institute of Architects with a 2016 Young Architects Award. This national honor recognizes architects who have been licensed for no more than 10 years and “have shown exceptional leadership and made significant contributions to the profession early in their careers.” The ‪AIA‬ says of Stephanie, “Her ability to connect with her audience and channel true empathy while balancing a straight-forward and honest approach has led to her emergence as a leader at the firm, local, state, and national levels.” Stephanie is a valuable leader in RMW’s mission to create inspired human environments through the power of responsible design.
