As this year draws to a close, we look forward to the promise of the approaching new year.  While the pandemic has impacted all of us, we recognize the unexpected opportunities we have had to engage in different yet still meaningful ways. 

With the tumultuous events that shaped 2020, we would like to pause and recognize a milestone for our firm: RMW’s 50^th anniversary.

While we are focused on the future, as a group of designers and creatives, it is valuable to reflect on our beginnings and the development of our firm over time.  With five decades of design practice, our hearts are filled with pride and gratitude for the relationships we have built and the positive impacts we have made.  We created this video to honor the life of our firm and recognize those that have contributed to its success. 

Thank you for your trust and partnership – past, present and future – and for the confidence you put in us to Design, Lead and Inspire.
