Todd Bevis

Known for his collaborative spirit and attention to detail, Todd builds consensus and fosters strong teamwork, ensuring each project delivers both function and pride of place. His passion for design was sparked by his early drafting and architecture classes and later, an opportunity to experience ancient and medieval architecture.

Todd thrives on turning big goals into tangible results, blending a deep understanding of design history with a sharp focus on modern project execution. Todd has led projects ranging from life science facilities and commercial tenant improvements to developer repositioning and technology/equipment installations while always putting the client’s needs and program at the forefront. Whether guiding a team through permit approvals or lending a hand to a colleague, Todd’s goal is simple: to deliver what the client needs while building lasting, productive relationships.

In his spare time, Todd enjoys listening to jazz music, reading and spending quality time with his wife.
