In 2005, The Contra Costa County Health Services Department commissioned RMW to program and design its expanded Brentwood Family Clinic. The clinic replaced a 3,500-sf facility, which was outmoded and undersized and had served the community for 15 years. The 10,000-sf program included exam rooms, nurses’ stations, reception, intake, soiled utilities, lab, storage, and medical records areas. The building also included patient education areas, a training room, as well as nutrition education and counseling areas.
On Wednesday, May 31, 2017, Congressman Jerry McNerney, Supervisor Diane Burgis and Contra Costa Regional Medical Center & Health Centers CEO Anna Roth and the RMW Principal Bart McClelland participated in the ribbon cutting celebration for the 4,500-sf expansion to the Brentwood Family Clinic. RMW was re-engaged to add eight exam rooms which increased the Center’s capacity to facilitate 300 more office visits every month.
