Responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of RMW through collaboration with business development, firm principals and marketing team to produce written proposals, brochures, and other marketing material.
Coordinate, produce, and assemble proposals and other studio/firm qualification materials and graphics.
Respond to SOQ and RFP compliance requirements.
Collect data, prepare and distribute monthly reports for SF marketing goals.
Develop, organize and maintain marketing resources and materials.
Assist with the creation/maintenance of studio/firm promotional materials.
Participate in maintaining RMW image library.
Contribute ideas regarding RMW’s website and social media strategies.
Maintain reference, lead, and consultant lists.
Provide administrative support to Principal, Studio Manager, and technical staff as needed.
Provide marketing support to other RMW studios as needed.
Have 2-4 years of experience with an A/E/C firm or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent work experience.
Must have exceptional writing and editing skills and strong graphic layout design skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office and have experience coordinating and producing marketing materials using InDesign.
Strong experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Understands the big picture, and is able to contribute ideas regarding RMW’s marketing strategy, including the firm’s website, social media, and business development
