Marketing Coordinator

San Francisco, CA.

Essential Function:

Responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of RMW through collaboration with business development, firm principals and marketing team to produce written proposals, brochures, and other marketing material.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, produce, and assemble proposals and other studio/firm qualification materials and graphics.
  • Respond to SOQ and RFP compliance requirements.
  • Collect data, prepare and distribute monthly reports for SF marketing goals.
  • Develop, organize and maintain marketing resources and materials.
  • Assist with the creation/maintenance of studio/firm promotional materials.
  • Participate in maintaining RMW image library.
  • Contribute ideas regarding RMW’s website and social media strategies.
  • Maintain reference, lead, and consultant lists.
  • Provide administrative support to Principal, Studio Manager, and technical staff as needed.
  • Provide marketing support to other RMW studios as needed.

Education / Certification / Experience Requirement:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience with an A/E/C firm or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have exceptional writing and editing skills and strong graphic layout design skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office and have experience coordinating and producing marketing materials using InDesign.
  • Strong experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Understands the big picture, and is able to contribute ideas regarding RMW’s marketing strategy, including the firm’s website, social media, and business development
