In 2011, when Menlo Equities took a chance on developing an office campus in Santa Clara without a signed tenant, the market called it a risk. That risk has paid off! RMW’s masterplan for THE CAMPUS AT 3333 prioritizes amenities & connection throughout the core & shell design of three 8-story buildings, one 2-story amenity building and two parking garages. With the 925,218 SF Phase 2 of the Class-A office campus recently complete, RMW welcomes Palo Alto Networks to their new Class-A office campus.
