Where did you go to school?

Faculty of Architecture, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovakia.

What do you do at RMW?

I am an intermediate architectural designer/job captain.

What do you like about the firm?

It is a great place to work with an amazing group of colleagues, and plenty of freedom to pursue my interests and goals.

Why did you decide to go into architecture?

I always liked to draw and was interested in history and art. It wasn’t until high school that I discovered that architecture is an excellent fit for me.

What is your favorite building or space and why?

Gothic cathedrals. I can’t help but feel like I’m in another world when standing in the middle of the nave surrounded by such a beautiful space. It is incredible that hundreds of years ago people created such amazing spaces with only hand tools and a lot of imagination.

What do you like to do outside the firm?

Family time…we love the outdoors and spend a lot of time biking, going to the beach, or camping and hiking in the mountains. Both my husband and I love skiing and we made sure to teach our kids to ski at young age. Now they’re faster than us. I love also photography and make sure that our adventures are well documented.
