We are pleased to announce the promotion of Stephanie Silkwood to Principal at RMW. For the past 15 years, Stephanie has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence.
As a leader in the architectural community, Stephanie’s achievements and contributions are well recognized. She received the 2014 AIA California Council Young Architect Award and, in 2015, was a founding member of the AIA Silicon Valley’s Women in Architecture Committee. She later served as the President of the AIA Silicon Valley chapter. Stephanie helped spearhead the 2022 AIA Women’s Leadership Summit, a testament to her unwavering dedication to empowering women in architecture and promoting diversity within the profession. Her recognition goes beyond her industry, as Silicon Valley Business Journal announced Stephanie as one of the 2023 Women of Influence.
Stephanie’s promotion to Principal reflects her exceptional talent and leadership to bring people together by inspired motivation while offering creative solutions. We are proud to have her as a member of our Principal team.
