Amazon’s Landlord Prologis Transforms the Former Oakland Army Base

Featured in this Forbes Magazine article, Prologis Global Trade & Logistics Center Northeast Gateway is the first in the three phased world class integrated intermodal hub, and sits on the 330-acre former Oakland Army Base adjacent to the Port of Oakland. Designed by Stan Lew and Jeff Leonhardt, the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company built 256,216 square foot building is also the first step in the transformation of the former Oakland Army Base to an economic and urban center.
