San Francisco, CA. April 18, 2018 – The leadership and staff of RMW architecture & interiors unanimously celebrate the promotion of Caitlin Pastori, NCIDQ, LEED AP to the role of Principal. “It’s all about evolution and growth. It’s a new voice. The firm is strong, with a strong group of leaders, and our expectation of Caitlin is to come to the table and speak her voice on an equal level. It’s a great opportunity for influence from her point of view.” said President, Russ Nichols.
Caitlin joined RMW in 2005 and was named an associate in 2012. She has been instrumental in delivering some of the firm’s most significant interior architecture projects for notable clients including SF Environment, (RMW’s 1st LEED Platinum certified interior), Google, and LinkedIn. An artist at heart, Caitlin’s reputation within the Bay Area design community denotes a balance of creative and analytical proficiency through her delivery of complex projects with a client-centric approach. Her leadership within the firm is characteristic of past and present Principals, Robbin McDonald, Glenn Bauer, Gary Koshaba, and Terry Kwik. “There’s something powerful in being RMW grown and being a contributor at an early point in her career.” Russ continued. “She represents the best of what we do.”
In response to the announcement, Caitlin reflected, “when I interviewed with RMW, I said that I was looking for a home, a place to stay, learn and grow. Here, I have found an environment of great and supportive relationships, where I am challenged daily with something new to learn.” Caitlin graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Sacramento, with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. She is a member of the IIDA and USGBC.
