RMW Principal Erin Alley joined industry peers at the AIA Women’s Leadership Summit (WLS) 2025 in Atlanta—a premier event dedicated to advancing women into leadership across architecture, design, and the allied building industries. The annual event brought together hundreds of professionals for three days of connection, education, and inspiration, empowering women to lead boldly and shape the future of the built environment.
As a featured panelist in “No Choice but Bold: Speaking Up, Shaping Practice,” Erin joined fellow members of the AIA Documents Committee to discuss the importance of diverse voices in shaping industry standards and contractual tools that reflect shared values and equitable practices. The conversation highlighted how architects, attorneys, and owner representatives can embrace risk leadership, challenge imposter syndrome, and use their voices to influence meaningful change in an evolving profession.
Through her leadership at RMW and her national role with the AIA, Erin continues to advocate for a more inclusive, transparent, and forward-thinking practice of architecture.
