It says a lot about Adam that his favorite book is the children’s story Rosie Revere, Engineer. Having two young kids, the book’s inspirational message, which is intended to encourage developing minds to see opportunity in rubbish, to never give up on their dreams, and to capitalize on failures as means to propel personal growth, deeply resonates with him. Adam brings to RMW this same positive outlook, which is clearly evident in his approach to everything from client service to one-on-one staff mentoring.
Adam joined RMW in 2019 with a background in small firm ownership where he focused on private sector commercial architecture. He has worked on just about every project typology, including shopping centers, restaurants, breweries, single-story to high-rise office buildings, large box and small box industrial projects, R & D facilities, live music venues, custom interiors, and even telecommunications infrastructure. His career goal is to work on a high rise that positively impacts the skyline of the city where he lives with his family.
