135 Main Amenity Suite
San Francisco, CA

135 Main at San Francisco has introduced a bold shift: a design-forward amenity suite that blends wellness, play, and focused work. Once a dormant shell floor, the space became a priority as ownership responded to rising tenant expectations. At its heart is a striking fitness center, flanked by a vibrant game room, flexible conferencing space, and a relaxed lounge. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, double-height ceilings, and bold environmental graphics unify the experience. Integrated shower rooms enhance wellness while navigating existing restroom limitations.
Each element maximizes the floor’s potential: high-volume spaces energize, while softer zones support productivity and casual connection. A defined elevator entry sets the tone for this cohesive environment. For a building once known for utilitarian interiors, the new amenity floor is a turning point—signaling a strategic investment in experience, differentiation, and long-term tenant engagement.
