Wolfe & Wyman, a law firm, seized the opportunity to transform their workspace with the purchase of a mid-century building at 1310 H Street in Midtown Sacramento, relocating from their previous high-rise office. This project not only breathed new life to the once-vacant structure but also introduced a fresh, welcoming street presence to the neighborhood.

Our design celebrated the building’s Mid-Century aesthetic while meeting Wolfe & Wyman’s needs for a modern, functional workspace. Vibrant pops of teal and orange were strategically incorporated throughout, creating visual interest and guiding clients and staff through the two-story layout. The Mid-Century design was further reflected in interior elements like pendant lighting and decorative concrete blocks, which provided a striking centerpiece at the stairs and subtly defined the transition between the lobby and staff areas.
