The Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union 342 selected RMW to design a standout building that would better serve their members and attract the next generation of journeymen and apprentices. The new 32,000 square-foot building serves as the heartbeat of the UA Local 342, housing an expanded 500-seat union hall, as well as the Trust Fund, Credit Union, and Business offices. The relocation of these functions from the existing facility will increase training capacity for their membership as they continue to grow.
