We’re also excited to recognize Suzanne Meyer, promoted to Director of Quality Management, and Sierra Scott and Stefanie Wibiasa, both promoted to Associate. Each brings expertise, integrity, and collaboration to their work everyday.

Stephanie Sims, Principal
Since joining RMW in 2011, Stephanie has played an integral role in shaping the firm’s work and culture. With more than fifteen years of professional experience in architecture and interior design, she brings extensive expertise in managing and coordinating projects from early programming through construction administration. Her portfolio spans commercial high-rise buildings and complex industrial facilities, where she is known for balancing technical rigor with a collaborative, client-focused approach.

At the heart of Stephanie’s leadership is a commitment to people—clients, collaborators, and project partners alike. Regardless of scale or scope, she prioritizes clear communication, trust, and long-term relationships, ensuring each project is guided by both strategic insight and human-centered design principles.

Suzanne Meyer, Director of Quality Management
Suzanne brings a thoughtful, steady leadership style and a deep commitment to excellence to her new role as Director of Quality Management. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Architecture, Suzanne approaches her work with quiet elegance and intention.

Her primary goal is simple yet powerful: to ensure that both clients and project teams feel deeply satisfied with the final outcome. Suzanne achieves this by thoughtfully leveraging the strengths of each team member, fostering collaboration, and inspiring the highest level of customer service. Known for her exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness to clients’ needs, ideas, and goals, Suzanne is widely admired for her dedication to enriching the day‑to‑day experiences of the people who use the spaces she helps bring to life.

Sierra Scott, Associate
A strategic planner by nature, Sierra is a key member of the business development team for RMW, with a focus on supporting and growing the Sacramento studio. Her work is informed by a deep care for people, place, and purpose.

Before joining RMW, Sierra spent two years abroad as a health and human rights volunteer, an experience that shaped her global perspective and led her to study Sustainable Development at Columbia University. Relationship-building comes naturally to her and is a cornerstone of her approach to business development. Internally, Sierra is known for fostering teamwork and camaraderie, applying her natural warmth and care to initiatives that strengthen connection and community within the office—often with the help of thoughtfully curated wine and charcuterie.

Stefanie Wibiasa, Associate
Stefanie’s path to architecture was influenced by a lifelong love of arts and crafts, shaping a design approach rooted in the balance of creativity and technical rigor. At RMW, Stefanie focuses her talents on commercial and industrial architecture projects, bringing a thoughtful and disciplined design sensibility to each endeavor.

She is committed to ongoing personal and professional growth, continually expanding her skill set while maintaining a curious mindset. Stefanie is driven by a desire to make a positive impact—not only for her clients, but also within her neighborhood and the broader community—reflecting RMW’s belief in architecture as a force for meaningful, everyday improvement.
