Distinctive design denotes a developer’s corporate headquarters
The private, commercial real estate investment firm, Menlo Equities relocated its headquarters to Sand Hill Road for a convenient address, increased workspace, and a distinctive design that reflects their global approach and founding tenets of structure and agility.
Executed with an expedited schedule, the 5,700 SF workplace frames a central open office neighborhood under a skyline inspired acoustical ceiling and welcomes clients, investors, and staff with wood and marble to a graceful network of meeting rooms and perimeter offices. The circulation reveals tailored design through chrome accents, intermittent walnut angles, glass doors and full-width sidelights with that invite natural light and views of the neighboring rolling hills.
