Inspired by his travels, Sal has gained a deep appreciation for authentic design in its natural context and incorporates his experiences into his design practice. As a Senior Interior Designer, Sal has led the strategic planning and design of some of RMW’s most notable projects for corporate and advanced technology workplaces. His talent lies in pushing the envelope to create unique and meaningful spaces that not only meet current project goals, but are adaptable to the specific and ever-changing needs of organizations.
When he’s not busy designing the future of the workplace, Sal enjoys cooking and baking for his family, friends and colleagues, often sharing his baked goods with the project team. Sal received his bachelor of fine arts in interior design from San Jose State University. He is a certified designer through the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) and a LEED Accredited Professional.
