Situated directly across from Oakland’s City Hall, the Rotunda Building is a historic Beaux-Arts landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building boasts an impressive 125-foot glass dome ceiling and a gilded grand staircase, creating a breathtaking central space.

The reimagined 7,800 sq. ft. area at the base of the Rotunda blends the building’s historic charm with cutting-edge amenities. The design features an open lounge area centered around an elegant bar, connecting seamlessly to a spacious meeting room and two intimate boardrooms. Additionally, there is a meticulously designed billiards room and a versatile multi-sport simulator turf, offering a variety of unique experiences. And for special occasions, a comfortable bridal suite/green room provides varied unexpected conveniences.

The project maximizes natural light at the base of the Rotunda through numerous arched windows and its frosted-glass dome. This renovation harmonizes historic elements with modern design, offering enhanced conveniences and a sophisticated atmosphere for the guests and tenants of Oakland’s Rotunda Building.
