An amenity-rich multi-tenant campus was the goal of Diversified Capital for the 6-story buildings 1 and 3 in Dublin, California. RMW, the initial building architect re-imagined our initial design to include a bold three-dimensional number one at the building’s entry, leading occupants into the double height undulating walled lobby and reception area. The lobby’s Illuminated cadence continues to the generous lounge, further lit by simulated skylights, and furnished with numerous seating options for both welcomed and minimal interaction.

Flexibility leads the experience in Building 1’s adjacent conference center. Connectable rooms open to the lounge, courtyard, and open-air classroom to host indoor and outdoor meetings of varied types and scales outside of each tenant’s office suite. This interconnected approach seamlessly links the lush landscape to buildings 1 and 3. Punctuated by a stained timber pergola covering the outdoor kitchen, bar and bistro areas, the courtyard continues with contemporary gazebo seating and a turfed recreational area, all visible from the ground floor gym in Building 3.
