One Beach Street and Cadence B5 Receive ENR California Best Project Awards

We are excited to announce the ENR recognition of two of our projects. For our One Beach Street, we partnered with Level 10 Construction which was awarded Best Renovation/Restoration, and for Cadence Building 5, we partnered with Gilbane Building Company, which was awarded Best Interior/Tenant Improvement.

One Beach Street
Built in 1923, it was originally a building used for assembling elevators and manufacturing parts. But after 1969, the industrial interior was converted into typical modern offices. The RMW team repositioned the building by relocating the atrium space from the center of the building to the Beach Street side, creating a grand and welcoming entry experience. An added stairway accesses the rooftop terrace that opens to stunning bay views from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Bay Bridge.

Cadence B5
As part of a phased campus refresh consisting of six buildings, the update of our 1985 interior design at Building 5 of Cadence Design Systems infuses new workplace strategies through elegant spaces and delicately incorporates their new brand.
