  • Associate Principal

LEED AP, CID; San Francisco Studio

Where did you go to school?
I attended UC Berkeley for undergrad then graduate school at Columbia University for a Master of Architecture degree.

What do you do at RMW?
I am an Associate Principal and the Director of Interior Design for the San Francisco studio; a design facilitator for our project teams, a storyteller for meaningful projects, and passionate advocate for our clients.

What do you like about the firm?
Our talented people, great projects and clients, and our endless potential.

What do you do outside the firm?
Design-wise, I’m driven by other design disciplines that push me to seek creative solutions and ask ‘What if’.  Otherwise, I love spending time with family, so anything that combines creativity and wonderment for my 5-yr old son.

What is your favorite building or space?
Chapel of St. Ignatius in Seattle by Steven Holl.  It is a small intimate project developed from a strong story,  that is immersed in context from the dynamic reflected daylight, and strong tactile details throughout.  It truly is a project that engages all the senses.
