NABR, a joint venture conceived by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels (BIG) alongside technology and real estate innovators Nick Chim and Roni Bahar, is set to transform the San Jose skyline. This 406-unit, mass timber residential high-rise aims to rejuvenate downtown with a sustainable vision.

As Architect of Record, RMW is collaborating with BIG to bring the cross-laminated timber structural frame to life, tailored for net-zero emissions residences. Each unit will be carbon neutral in operation, featuring an all-electric design and an energy-efficient façade. Additionally, residents will have the opportunity to nurture their own greenery, both indoors and outdoors, fostering a connection with nature.
