Once divided and secured, the building is now a welcoming hub that brings together executive leadership, administrative teams, and the wider campus community.

The design approach redefined the interiors around a central “hearth,” creating an open flow that encourages people to move, meet, and gather. Executive boardrooms, training zones, wellness amenities, and even a recording studio are seamlessly woven together with HR and finance functions, blending prestige with accessibility.

At arrival, a dramatic green wall sets a fresh tone for the workplace, while interiors are crafted to emphasize clarity, collaboration, and daylight. By relocating work pods away from the perimeter glazing, natural light now extends deep into the floorplate, enhancing comfort and reinforcing a sense of connection to the environment.
